What's the difference between training, coaching and consulting services?

Training: Training teaches clients how to do something. Each training session requires clients to be present, yet it requires little client interaction. That’s why you see so much training online.

Executive Coach: The biggest aspect of your business that a coach can focus on is your mindset. Typically they will ask you clarifying questions to help you understand your goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Business Consultant: Typically, they are more in depth and to the point. They focus on systems, internal numbers, and tasks to complete.

More often than not, consultants have business degrees and/or have had A TON of experience either running their own company or running someone else’s. They are the true experts in the business world.

Another great FACT about consultants is that they are completely hands on. They will dig deep into your business, uproot the problems that need their focus, and either a.) teach you EXACTLY how to fix them or b.) fix them for you.

Can I buy some of the policies and procedures without buying the whole system?

Yes, you may find that there are a few policies you need and that is perfectly fine especially if you have smaller offices. However, we do recommend the whole system if you have more than two people in your organization to establish professionalism and a continuity of work flow as well as division of labor guidelines.
